Terms of Service

GasHubs provides software for managing compliance records, documents, locations, renewals and related operational data for businesses with physical locations.

We may add, change or remove functionality as the product evolves. We will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must ensure that people you grant access to are authorised to view the records you share with them.

You retain ownership of the documents and records you upload to GasHubs.

You grant JTS Enterprise LLC a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and support the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you upload.

Do not use GasHubs to store unlawful content, attempt to breach security, disrupt the service, reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without written permission.

GasHubs is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It does not provide legal, tax, insurance or regulatory advice, and it does not guarantee compliance with any law or regulation.

You remain solely responsible for meeting your legal and regulatory obligations.

We work to keep GasHubs available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or events beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JTS Enterprise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using GasHubs at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for unlawful use.

On termination you may request an export of your data, subject to reasonable notice.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Questions can be sent to support@gashubs.com.
