If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or application.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and authorised to act on behalf of your business to use GasHubs.

Businesses, sales representatives, and customers may use GasHubs only for legitimate business purposes related to locations, documents, orders and operations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must ensure that people you grant access to are authorised to view and act on the records you share with them.

Notify us immediately at support@gashubs.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

GasHubs is intended to help businesses manage physical locations, compliance records, documents, picking sheets, orders and related workflows.

You agree to use GasHubs only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not use GasHubs for fraud, harassment, unauthorised access, or to upload, store or transmit unlawful content.

You may not attempt to breach security, disrupt the service, reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without written permission.

You may not use GasHubs to send unsolicited marketing messages or spam.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of picking sheets, orders and related submissions entered into GasHubs.

GasHubs is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It does not guarantee the accuracy of data you enter and is not a substitute for your own business controls.

By providing a mobile number and agreeing to receive GasHubs messages, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to account invitations, account verification, order notifications, add-on notifications, and customer support.

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this transactional messaging program.

You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may still need to use the website or application to access account and order functions.

We work to keep GasHubs available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or events beyond our control.

You retain ownership of the documents, picking sheets, files and other content you upload to GasHubs.

You grant JTS Enterprise LLC a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and support the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of the content you upload.

The GasHubs name, marks, software, designs and content are owned by JTS Enterprise LLC or its licensors.

These terms do not grant you any licence to our intellectual property except as necessary to use the service.

You may stop using GasHubs at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, unlawful use, or activity that harms the service or other users.

On termination you may request an export of your data, subject to reasonable notice and any legal obligations.

GasHubs is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

GasHubs does not provide legal, tax, insurance or regulatory advice, and does not guarantee compliance with any law or regulation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JTS Enterprise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no amounts were paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles. Please contact us to confirm the correct governing law for your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
